Decision making is very important for an organization or indivi-dual. After the decisions are taken, irreparable results can be faced. The decision-making approach emphasized by business, economics and psychology is also important in aviation.
The decision-making skills of pilots must be developed. The de-velopment of this skill is very important in the education phase. In this research, the decision making methods of pilots will be examined.
