Today, globalization is closely affecting all nations, sectors and organizations. In this context, globalization is one of the important facts that organizations are being confronted. Hence, with globalization, national borders are getting meaningless. Because of that reason, world is becoming a global village in every field. Therefore, the phenomenon of globalization is one of the important elements that organizations should consider on their path of success. However, one of the most important criteria for organizations -to be independent of the goods or services they produce- is customer satisfaction. One of the most important topics that can be evaluated in this context is the concept of organizational climate. The concept of organizational climate, which can be expressed as the sum of the employees' perceptions and psychological evaluations, is one of the key concepts in employee motivation, job satisfaction, job and organization satisfaction, efficiency and efficiency. In this study, the findings of the organizational climate survey carried out in Bartın Sanko Cement Plant -with the idea of forming a sample on the organizational climate in the foreign trade sector- are included. The study is important because it is one of the first studies on organizational climate in the foreign trade sector. The aim of this study is to analyze the perception of organizational climate in the Bartın Sanko Cement Plant with the purpose of forming a sample in the foreign trade sector. Within the scope of the methodology of the study; the method of study and analysis of data, universe and limitations of the study, model of study, reliability analysis of the study, hypotheses of the study, distribution of demographic information of participants, distribution of responses to organizational climate scale items, descriptive statistics of organizational climate scale, and analysis of participation and commitment dimensions according to the demographic variables and hypotheses of organizational climate have evaluated in this book.
